Follow-up
Grade 1:
Fatigue relieved by rest.
Grade 1:
1) Maintain TKI dose.

Grade 2:
Fatigue that is not relieved by rest; restricts instrumental ADL activities.
Grade 2:
1)Ā Maintain TKI dose.
Grade 2:
Consider other causes of fatigue, including anaemia, hypothyroidism, other medicines, infection, depression, dehydration, etc.
Grade 3:
Fatigue that is not relieved by rest; limits ADL activity in terms of self-care.
Grade 3:
1) Pauses TKI. 2) TKI can be resumed at a reduced dose at grade ⤠2.

Advice
- Prioritise daily tasks and consider delegating tasks to others, incl. at work. Consider reduced time
- Meditation, yoga, etc.
- Short rest/sleep during the day (power nap)
- Regular physical activity in connection with walking, running, fitness, etc.
- Fixed bedtime
- Get enough daylight
- Avoid stimulants such as coffee, nicotine and alcohol before bedtime
